Growing up, Nathan knew he wanted to help people, but not exactly how. While earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance from Messiah College, he realized his passion for helping guide others in making the most out of their financial situation. This morphed into a practice focused on Comprehensive Financial Planning and Wealth Management. While growing his business, Nathan also obtained his Certified Financial Planner™/CFP® certification. Nathan helped build his business through the successful partnership, enhancement, and eventual purchase of an existing practice based in Central PA. This transition provided invaluable experience which has helped in guiding clients through their many life transitions.
He works with individuals and families by creating a customized financial plan designed to guide them towards achieving their goals. Nathan specializes in the areas of Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, Estate Planning and Investment Portfolio Analysis.
As an alumnus of Messiah College, he served on the Board for the Messiah Business Alumni Association. Nathan also enjoys volunteering with Junior Achievement teaching financial literacy and as an Usher Captain at his church. Married to his best friend, Abby, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and reading.
Sonya Ranker is a Certified Financial Planner, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst(CDFA®), Certified Exit Planning Advisor(CEPA®) and Director of Family Office Services. In her roll as part of the Virtual Family Office, she acts as the personal CFO to the family by working with a formal team of professionals to bring creative and comprehensive solutions to address the client’s needs and propel them to their goals.
Sonya graduated magna cum laude from East Carolina University with a pre-med degree and holds both the series 7 & 66 licenses.
Sonya is passionate about her family and her community. Her community involvement includes serving on The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) Investment Committee and having served on the committee for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society Summer Solstice and as chair and co-founder of the Cultural Enrichment Fund Red Carpet Soiree.
Sonya lives in Odessa, FL with her husband, Taylor, and her son, Ian.
Brent along with his wife Cindy raise their daughters Grace and Emily in their hometown of York, PA. Having received his accounting degree from York College in 1985 and practiced in the defense industry for several years, it is Brent’s responsibility to make sure that Questmont is fiscally strong. As managing partner Brent enjoys working behind the scenes providing an honest and considerate touch to the financial plans of Questmont clients.
Brent is an active member of the Rotary Club of Colonial Park, and is a past president of the Dover Jaycees. He enjoys the great outdoors when not attending his daughters’ sporting events.
Having been trained as an educator and raised to be a man of high character and integrity, Andrew entered the financial services industry to equip individuals with the information and guidance they needed to make good financial choices for themselves. Initially a generalist working primarily with clients on retirement readiness, he received his Certified Financial Planner™ certification in 2014. Andrew specialized his wealth management practice in trust administration and estate planning during his tenure at F&M Trust Company and later at BNY Mellon Wealth Management. He was named to the Central PA Business Journal’s 2017 40 Under 40 and is today one of Central PA’s most respected and highly regarded young experts on the strategic management of multi-generational wealth.
Andrew graduated with degrees from Messiah College and the University of Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Central PA and currently serves on the organization’s board of directors. He is involved in several capacities at New Hope Ministries, which operates a network of food pantries and offers diverse social services for Central Pennsylvania neighbors in need. He also serves on the board of directors of Salt N’ Light Youth Ministry.
Choosing the family lifestyle brings Andrew utmost joy, as he is the husband of a beautiful, compassionate wife and father of four fantastic children. Andrew indulges his love of music by singing and playing his piano, even if only for a few minutes at a time. He follows Pittsburgh sports faithfully, but truly loves baseball and has endured since his childhood with the Pirates. He reads the classics and has recently cultivated an interest in Central PA art and artists.
As an original resident of Pittsburgh, PA, Ali graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with dual degrees in Finance and Marketing. Ali earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Certification in 2012 and is committed to helping her clients achieve their financial goals. With over 12 years of experience, she counsels her clients in the areas of retirement planning, estate planning, risk management, and tax planning.
Ali emphasizes the importance of having a plan. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Ali works under a fiduciary responsibility. A Fiduciary is defined by CFP Board as one who acts in utmost good faith, in a manner he or she believes to be in the best interest of the client.

Currently residing in Mechanicsburg, Ali enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. In her free time, Ali relaxes by playing the cello, an instrument that she has been playing since she was 8 years old.
Tressia Pankewicz brings a fair and disciplined approach to multi-generational family wealth management. Her role on the team includes financial planning, investing, business development, insurance planning, and managing client connections. Tressia creates relationships with clients that go beyond the numbers because of her genuine sincerity and integrity. She works to educate and empower others to take control of their financial lives.
Tressia was born and raised overseas, Vietnam, Alaska and Saudi Arabia, moving to Central PA as a junior in high school. She attended the University of Pittsburgh and Southern Illinois University for Chemistry and Pre-Med. Through her many experiences she recognized that one thing remains constant, change is constant; plans change, goals change, relationships change and life changes. As a financial planning specialist, she helps clients plan for the many stages of their lives, from the growth phase to the income phase. Tressia works with individuals, families, and businesses, offering strategies to their unique financial situations and goals. She offers a personal touch and process to her practice that assures her clients that they are receiving the time and attention they deserve.
She dedicates time to serve on several non-profit boards including CPAFE, Central PA Association for Female Executives, The Fund for Women and Girls and The Conference for Women-Be Extraordinary. She has been active with the LGBT Chamber of Commerce, continues to volunteer time with Junior Achievement of South Central PA and she recently joined Leadership Harrisburg Area Class of 2020 Community Leadership Series. As an eternal optimist, she realized that the determination and grit with which she approaches her own life was something she wanted to share with others, hoping to inspire and enable them to live their best life.
Tressia holds the Series 7, Series 66 securities registrations held through LPL Financial, as well as her insurance and long-term care licenses. She is currently working towards earning the Certified Financial PlannerTM designation.
Trudy graduated from Central Pennsylvania Business School in 1985, with an Associate’s Degree majoring in the Paralegal program. After working as a Paralegal for eight years (six of those in the area of banking law), Trudy realized she needed a change and made the short leap to the financial services industry. She began her journey in personal financial planning with The Comprehensive Financial Group, where she worked for a number of independent representatives within the same firm; one of whom was Taylor K Ranker, II. When our firm was formed in 1994, Trudy joined to provide support.
Trudy passed her Series 7 exam in 2001 and Series 66 exam in 2013. She lives in Lewisberry with her husband, Steve, their dog Lucille, and their cat, Purrbody.
Erica, also known as Rikki around the office, was born and raised in Central PA, with short stints in South Carolina and Virginia. She has had varied professional experience, from working at an Early Modern/Shakespearean theatre to Buying for a health food store, all after receiving a teaching degree from Penn State Harrisburg.
Rikki has relished the opportunity to learn and grow, personally and professionally, in her time with Questmont. She is grateful for the wonderful clients and coworkers she gets to interact with. When she isn’t at work, Rikki enjoys baking, sketching, and teaching her old dog new tricks at their Hummelstown home.
Robert was born in Long Island, NY, but relocated with his parents and sister to central New Jersey in 1975. After graduating from St. Joseph’s University of West Philadelphia with a degree in Finance, he commuted daily into Manhattan to pursue a career with a few different investment banks and hedge funds, starting out in stock loan/international securities lending support. He finished his career on Wall Street as a Senior Credit Derivatives Analyst in 2010 on the heels of the 2008 mortgage crisis. He also has several years of expertise within interchange analysis, negotiating and advocating for merchants of all sizes to optimize their credit card processing with their existing credit card processor. After relocating to Lancaster, PA in 2016, Robert transitioned to working in the community banking sector and became a Credit Analyst, underwriting CRE/C&I/Agricultural loan requests to produce a comprehensive credit memorandum.
He is excited to start a new chapter at Questmont Strategic Wealth Advisors as an Associate Planner with the objective to soon become fully licensed with his health/life/annuity, Series 7, and CFP designation. Working in an advisory capacity in this part of the Finance industry has been his true passion since college. Robert has a sincere desire to work with people from not only a financial perspective, but also on a more personal level in hearing their story and building a relationship of trust. This is evidenced by his several years of serving the community as a high school boys’ youth mentor for a church in New Jersey, and being a mentor for True Mentors of Hoboken, NJ in which he volunteered regularly at the Hoboken Homeless Shelter with his mentee.
Robert is married to his wonderful wife, Tina, with two beautiful daughters. Girl Dad! He enjoys being outside in nature and hiking while going on day trips in addition to spending time at the Jersey Shore. He also thoroughly enjoys playing/watching basketball with the NY Knicks and Yankees being his favorite teams.
Holly grew up in Altoona, PA and attended Penn State University for Health Policy and Administration. After moving to Lemoyne in 2003, her love for math and numbers drew her to start a career in finance with Members 1st FCU where she gained experience in customer service and lending. Holly joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 where she acted as a Senior Client Service Associate for 12 years. She joined the Questmont team in 2022 with the desire to continue her professional and personal growth.
Holly enjoys spending time with her husband, Tony, their two daughters, Karis and Kenley, and their Saint Bernard, Daisy. Holly and her husband are HUGE fans of Penn State – their daughters’ middle names are “Nittany” and “Penn”. When she is not working, Holly loves to travel to tropical destinations and is a board member of the New Cumberland Colts and an official team mom for her daughters’ cheer squads.
Originally from Ukraine, Sophia moved to Harrisburg area in the late 90s. She graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. She has an extensive background in the banking industry, with the last five years focused on Wealth Management and serving high net worth clients.
When she isn’t in the office, Sophia is busy volunteering in her community, serving on the board of Harrisburg Keystone Rotary Club and the board of McCormick & Olewine Library Friends steering committee.
Sophia resides in Linglestown with her husband and their two sons. Sophia enjoys travelling with her family, exploring new destinations and helping to plan vacations for her family and friends.
Tiffany was born and raised in Tampa, FL – GO BUCS! After a brief college stint in Orlando, FL, she traveled to Tulsa, OK and attended Rogers State University with a focus on radio broadcasting communications. She met her husband, Josh, in Oklahoma and made the executive decision to move him to Florida.
Tiffany has 20 years of experience supporting executive leadership and coordinating superior events both in-person and virtual – this role has been her passion. She has worked at such companies as Nielsen, WellCare/Centene and most recently Coca-Cola Beverages Florida. Having worked in corporate much of her adult life, she was eager to join the Finance industry after meeting Sonya and Taylor. You follow good leaders.
Tiffany lives with her wonderful husband, Josh, in Brandon, FL and together, they are raising their two adopted daughters, Ella and Shelby. Ella is very active in dance while Shelby loves collecting insects. Her family loves to travel and prefer tropical locations. Tiffany also takes a Peloton ride class every day. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL, Jena spent her early adulthood in the Twin Cities of Minnesota before returning to the Tampa Bay area in 2019.
Prior to joining the Questmont team, Jena worked for Francesca’s Collections for three years. In her previous roles, she empowered her teams to not only achieve business goals but also to grow as individuals and become future leaders.
Jena lives a grateful life with her two cats, Stella and Hitch, in downtown St. Pete. She treasures her ever-growing home library and the time she spends with her friends and family on the weekends.
Jacob was born in Guatemala and was adopted at the age of seven by two wonderful parents. He is the oldest of six children. After high school, Jacob attended Massiah University where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. Jacob’s family lives and breathes the sport of soccer in which he has competed at the highest level. Jacob is new to the finance industry and is eager to learn and grow from those around him and is motivated to provide excellent service to clients.
When he isn’t at work, Jacob enjoys going on adventurous trips with his friends. He’s always active whether that’s working out, coaching soccer, play sports, or spending time with his labradoodle.
Jordan grew up in Central Pennsylvania, living in Harrisburg for nearly his entire life. He went to school at Gettysburg College, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in history amid the pandemic and coming to work at Questmont shortly after his graduation.
Jordan enjoys a revolving door of eclectic hobbies, trying strange new foods and drinks, and spending time with his two dogs, Dingo and Barkley.
Bob Grimm has been in the financial services industry for over 40 years. He is past president of the Harrisburg Association of Life Underwriters. Bob attended Penn State University with a degree in business administration. His main goal is to help his clients reach retirement comfortably. Client service and followup is his primary concern.
Bob resides in suburban Harrisburg with his wife Peggy. He and his wife enjoy spending time with his 2 sons and 2 granddaughters. Bob is an avid golfer and a diehard Philadelphia sports fan.
Rod’s strength as a Financial Advisor comes from having 50 plus years of experience in the financial services industry. He earned his Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 1966 and his Chartered Financial Consultant designation in 1987. Rod focuses his practice on retirement planning, long-term care and protecting your family assets. Through his experience and training he is able to help clients achieve their personal financial goals.
Because of his ongoing commitment to the community, he has served on many boards within his industry and charitable organizations. Rod is past president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and is an active member of the Camp Hill United Methodist Church.
Rod has been married to his wife Teddy since 1963 and has two adult daughters. One of his fond memories is singing with his wife in a caroling group for President and Mrs. Reagan in 1985 at the White House Staff Christmas party.
Upon graduating from High School in 1970 I entered the United States Air Force from October 1970 thru September 1974 spending 24 months in South East Asia during the Vietnam era. The USAF trained me to be part of a Combat Crew on a KC-135A for air to air refueling. I had over 3500 hours in this aircraft.
After completing my USAF service, I attended and completed my college studies at the University of South Florida with a BA Degree in Finance. Upon graduation I obtained a Series 7 and 63 licenses and have been working with individuals and businesses in Central Florida since 1983. In 1987 I obtained my Life, Health, and Variable annuity licenses. I than went on to obtain my Series 65 in 1995.
My career has focused on Financial Planning for Pre-Retirement and Post Retirement clients.
I joined Questmont Strategic Wealth Advisors, November 2020 as the Director of Retirement Planning.
